It’s all too much.

You feel like you’re carrying a crushing weight that no one notices.

Sometimes, you look around and wonder how much of that burden is even yours.

It’s as if your body is desperately holding it together, just trying to make it through.

You’re so tired.

Each day, you feel more worn, burned out, and emotionally exhausted than the one before.

It’s not just responsibilities, but the pressure from society to be something you’re not.

The world tells you to shrink and fit into the mold, but you’re not here to shrink.

We welcome every part of you.

You deserve a space that holds the full spectrum of who you are.

Your rage and softness. Grief and gifts. Roots and future. The stories you’ve inherited and the future you’re creating.

Our work is about gently reconnecting with the parts of you that had to go quiet to stay safe so you can return to yourself, your intuition, your ancestry, and your truth.

We are here to be your guides and allow you to be the driver of your wellness.

We’ll witness you, help you remember who you are, and connect with the wisdom from those who came before you.

It’s time to come together for conversations that dismantle the stigma around mental health and replace it with community, connection, and courage.

Hi, I’m Madeline.

I founded this practice as a way to support the BIPOC and LGBTQ2IA+ communities through a combination of ancestral wisdom, clinical training, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.

Rooted in a decolonial and liberatory approach, my work centers the complex identities of those who’ve been taught to shrink themselves to survive.

Together, we unlearn harmful patterns and reconnect with the truth of who you are beyond expectations, beyond roles, and beyond silence.

If you are seeking support from someone who understands the nuances of being an adult child of immigrants with “home” on many lands, you’ve come to the right place.
