Depathologizing, Destigmatizing, and Decolonizing Mental Health
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to transforming how mental health is perceived and experienced in the community and the professional sphere.
We provide accessible, impactful educational services that empower individuals and professionals alike to navigate mental health with compassion, awareness, and purpose.
Our work is grounded in Decolonizing Mental Health, Liberation Psychology, and Wellness and Recovery-Oriented Care. These frameworks guide us to honor the lived experiences, ancestral wisdom, and cultural identities of the people and communities we serve. We challenge hierarchical, Eurocentric models of psychology and instead promote an approach that integrates community care, spiritual wellness, rooted self-knowledge, and lessons from nature.
Join us for our monthly Mind-Body-Spirit Book Club. On your spiritual self-care journey, we select a book to support your Psychological – Spiritual (Psychospiritual) development.
Currently Reading: Radical Love by Satish Kumar.
